For all pieces that were bought in our online shop, a right of return applies within 14 days of delivery. The cost of return shipping must be borne by the customer. We can only accept returns if we receive the parts unworn and unwashed with the original label. Payment will be returned within 30 days.

Any customs costs incurred for shipments that reach us from outside the EU will be deducted from the repayment.

 

Please take care of our environment and try to order in such a way that there are as few returns as possible. Take a look at our size chart, buy too big rather than too small. Our children always grow;) We try to indicate in the product descriptions whether a part is rather narrow or rather wide.

 

Please consider that all POMKALAND parts are unique. We only use textiles that have already been used. Small flaws in the material are part of the manufacturing process and design.
